How to Clean Your Shower Head

You'll be happy to learn that making your shower head sparkle again is probably going to be your future favourite task on your cleaning to-do list (it’s that easy!). To help you out, we’ve put simple steps so you can become a shower head cleaning pro.
How to know it’s time to clean your shower head?
Your showerhead will show clear signs of suffering when it needs a cleanse. Watch out for these:
  1. Reduced water pressure
  2. Water sprouting in every direction without a streamlined flow
  3. The shower area is smelly, rather than fragrant
If you notice any or all of these issues disrupting your showers, it’s probably time to give it a clean.
Limescale and other build up on shower heads directly affect the water pressure by clogging the holes, leading to reduced and sporadic flow. Mould and mildew make your shower head smelly and looks unsightly.
Our showerheads were designed to be as easy to clean and you can refresh them in a few simple steps. Don’t believe us? Keep scrolling.

Step-by-step guide to clean your shower head:
1. Detach your Showery shower head from the shower hose.
 2. Mix equal parts of white vinegar and water in a bowl.

 4. Preferably, soak your shower head overnight. However, if you’re running short on time, we recommend you soak it for at least 1 hour.
 5. Take your shower head out of the vinegar solution and wipe away any limescale deposits.
